My son bought two $** Valentine bouquets, one for me and one for his wife. Mine had two roses die within ** hours and the whole bouquet faded daily and needed to be tossed by the fourth day. My daughter-in-law's looked pretty good until day four and then hers had to be mostly tossed as well. I twice contacted the College Place store manager by email and sent photos. I asked for a gift card to replace my bouquet that didn't even last one full day and a partial gift card for my son's wife. Cut flowers should last about a week. Other bouquets have lasted that and longer. These, especially mine, were clearly inferior and should be replaced.
