I don't like the new look at Walmart and Sam's. I like the personal touch. The younger people seem to like the new look. I like it when the associate at the pharmacy says "hello Mr. Funderburg". These machines can't do that. I was at a store today. The greater had a big smile. I talked to him for a few seconds, since there wasn't any one behind me. He told me that I was spending my money in the store and that I should be able to have a live person to talk to. A machine can't do that. Also, Walmart aisles all full of carts being filled for pick ups. Have a hard time getting by. If you need help with something, the associates speak very little American. They just stand there and look at you. I guess you are trying to run the older people off. Also, your TV add shows associates loading blue cloth bags in the cars. This is false advertisement.
