I am mad because the situation Im in because an error of your systems. I made an order ************* in november. I want to replace an item of the order and your representative recomend cancel the order and made a new order. He procede to cancel the order and as he tell me I made a new one. Then I received both orders! I call and they tell me to returned to the store. I went to the store the next day and they dont accept the package because they dont have the system for it. I call several times next because they tell me to sand the package by mail but I dont receive the label. Then I received and go to the postal service and send the package on december *. Is a shame that you send me the item uncorrectly righ away and for the return you send me a label that takes weeks to returned!! I purshase this items whit a credit card from paypal and they already charge me interest for this purchase!! I has to pay for an error that isnt mine! Today is ** and the package is on the way and I dont receive my refund!! I didnt even open the package!! Is unffair and I want to talk to a manager or some people in charge because nobody seem to care about the trouble Iam in and the cost that this issue cost me. I made all things right, this is not my error! You can check all the calls I made with this problem. I am trully dissapoint with this situation because I buy other products and never have an issue.
