Hayneedle's Delivery Cancellation without Notice

I take exception to your subsidiary Hayneedle's delivery destination restrictions -- won't deliver to mobile homes, hotels, etc. They cancelled my order when shipping and billing addresses weren't the same and did not tell me they cancelled it until I followed up. They had assured me they would deliver to my second HOME but then just cancelled the order. As they said - "company response ***********Sharon, we apologize about the confusion. On ********** an email was sent stating the reason why this order was cancelled and we are truly sorry if you were advised of another reason. We are partners with Walmart, but our company policies are governed by us independently." Their products are also your products and you deliver to my mobile home all the time!! upon receipt of first email from Hayneedle I called immediately and was assured they would deliver to my shipping address*second home in FL once I explained that it was a legitimate second home address* Walmart ships to it but Hayneedle would not.

Walmart needs to review Hayneedle's shipping destination restrictions and re-consider shipping to legitimate post office addresses whether they are mobile homes or not

I did NOT expect to have order cancelled without notice after I had been told they would accept my explanation of the shipping address being my second home (mobile home in an RV park)
