On Sunday ******** I placed order *************, immediately after I placed that order I realized that it was a digital game and I couldnt use it because it was for a gift so I cancelled the order calling your customer service . I was informed by a lady at the customer service that the order was successfully canceled and I received a survey about her performance. little did I knew that my credit card will be charged and that I will receive an email telling me that the order was on its way. I dont know what else to do and who to contact since you made it almost impossible to cancel orders. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY AND CANCEL THIS ORDER IMMEDIATELY*THANKS*DINA CASTELLON
