I am disappointed by service me a Walmart customer by the manager of the Store.*****.* location : **** Cunningham Rd, Cincinnati, OH ****** Manager's First name - Ida. *She did not provide me with her full name.**This level of service made me waste an hours of my time and eventually leave without service.*I came to the store referred to me my MoneyGram customer service to make international transaction of sending Money overseas.*MoneyGram informed me over the phone about maximum amount to be sent $*,***.**. When Walmart Customer service was not able to set up transaction, I asked to call MoneyGram. Mrs. Ida arranged such call informed me that rule changed and I'll be able to send max. $****.** after she interviewed me to ensure Ithat I won*t be a victim of a fraud. After her interview she requested me to call MoneyGram to obtain approval from the security group, After I got approved over the phone for $****, I worked with a Customer Service to enter all MoneyGram information. All of sudden at the end, when I was given a printed info for final reviewe, Mrs. Ida appeared at the Customer Service desk and ordered to decline me with MoneyGram service. On my inquiry for the reason of decline, she responded that since initially I asked to send $**,*** and agreed on $**** it may be a fraud.*None of other reasoning I could provide except approval by security of MoneyGram and lower an amount to comply with new MoneyGram rules, Mrs. Ida wanted to accept, I am very disappointed of such service, especially provided not just a Walmart employee, but manager of the store.*Sincerely,*Mrs, Vladimir Nayfeld*cell ***-***-*******P.S. I expect my complaint will reach of Regional Walmart Management, but does not end up with a Store that declined serve me.
