The issue in GetHuman-nightcha's own words
I need to explain something. Last Friday (October *) I placed an order for a BouncePro Trampoline. It was supposed to be delivered Monday October *. But it wasn’t and the CSR I spoke to named Sam told me since it was still in “preparing order” because the Fullfillment center didn’t receive my order that all I could do was cancel it and reorder. So per her advice I did because this was supposed to be my sons birthday present and his birthday was on Monday. I tried to cancel it and I reordered it. Aside from the fact that I did not receive my item when I was supposed to I received the item ordered (Oct *) on Oct *. So, I called back and tried to cancel the duplicate item that I ordered on Oct *. I was told it was going to be escalated to try to cancel it but it was preparing to ship (that info was given by Christine from the Resolution Team) but it wasn’t canceled in time and I received it anyway. It took * agents to understand that I needed someone from FedEx to come back and pick it up because Christine said she would put that in my notes (apparently didnt) Well, FedEx picked this item up yesterday and I still don’t have my refund. I wasn’t provided tracking info. And when I called and asked what was going on the CSR that I spoke to didn’t listen to anything that I said and said it would basically be like * days before I get my refund. How is that fair? This whole thing was a Walmart ***** up and now I have to wait even longer to get my money back? You guys don’t hesitate to take peoples money when they place an order, why do I have to wait a week to receive my own money for an item I didn’t open, use or even have? I want my money. Aside from the fact that I feel owed so much more than a refund for your company’s ***** up you’re the only company that I know of that will not provide some sort of gift card or credit when you mess up. Even Amazon does that. What a sad excuse for a corporation. I deserve my money and I want my money. If FedEx somehow loses that package, it’s not going to be my fault and you’ll probably keep my money because of it and if that happens i will file a claim with whoever I need to. Can’t believe you guys have to wait a week to refund someone. This whole ordering experience has been nothing but a headache since last Friday. This will not happen again. If the item isn’t in store I’m not purchasing it. What a freaking joke. *All I want is my refund. I did my part and ordering the duplicate item was advice I took from someone else. It’s not fair to keep someone’s money just because.
