Get my money back ... Help@walmart,com *-**-**** *:** PM AZ Time**I purchased * Roadlux R*** ******R**.* LRH tires for my RV from Wal-Mart on July **, **** on Order ********-******. I used my Wal-Mart Mastercard * **** **** **** ****. I had them shipped to our closest Wal-Mart Tire Center in Prescott AZ. When they arrived I called to schedule an appointment and was told Wal-Mart does not install RV tires. This information is not on your website or stated when I ordered the tires. I took the tires to Alvarez Tire in Prescott Valley and paid $*** to have then mounted, dynamic balanced and installed. There was a server vibration in the rear of the RV and moderate vibration in the front end. Alvarez Tire stated the RV needed suspension work. I took the RV to Sun Valley Diesel in Prescott Valley and paid $*** to re-balance the tires, $*** to align the front end and $*** for new shocks. The vibration did not go away. Both tire companies says the tires are all up to *” out of round and cannot be balanced. The RV is not drivable on the highway. When I attempted a return on the website I was told the tires are not returnable. This also is not stated on the web page when the tires are ordered. In fact, I printed out my order page and it shows the tires are returnable thru Nov. We have reservation in Lake Powell, AZ on *-*-****. I will need to replace these tires before we leave. I need this issue resolved by *-**-****. I want the cost of the tires, $****.**, credited back to my account. It appears that the tires are defective.
