Help with my WalMart.com issue

I placed order* ************* and * of the items was damaged and returned during shipping. I was not notified of the matter. I called customer service ******* to inquire about the order. The customer service said the items where damaged but I could reorder but would be charged shipping? Its not my fault that the items where damaged and was part of an order the met the free shipping standards. I am very unpleased with this treatment and the handling of my order.
GetHuman-averylsm did not yet indicate what WalMart.com should do to make this right.
