I received my order yesterday afternoon. when I opened the pack, I find a long crack crossing all the table surface, I want to exchange one**updated on Aug ***I was given complete wrong information from a Walmart live chat agent on Aug *, which resulting in big issues. I asked for exchange because the table surface was damaged when I received. After the live chat agent created the return label, she gave me * options: (*) send someone to pick up the item from my home, (*) send to USPS and (*) send the item to a local Walmart store. I took the *rd option after confirming again with the agent: I can send it to any local Walmart store. I sent it to a local Walmart store on Aug **. *Today I received a email reminding me to return the damaged item. In the email, it specifically mentioned that do NOT send it to local store because they do not have the info and do not know how to process. Then I contacted with Walmart customer service by live chat and phone call. They both cannot find the shipping info and could not get connected with the local store. The item seems missing in the local store. I was suggested to go to the local store to find the person who received my item.*Also I just found today that I was wrongly charged again for the exchanged item on Aug **. I should not be charged again for exchanging the damaged item.
GetHuman-weyzhang did not yet indicate what WalMart.com should do to make this right.
