I am concerned about how my Wal-Mart does the schedule. I've been working here now for**month's, filled out my availability and at first it was perfect. Now they've changed my schedule without notifying me or asking me if I can work on days changed. This has been happening alot. I like my job and the management. My concern is that they're going to fire me for no call no show, these were out of my control, I print out my schedule and go by them. What are my options and what's the right*best way to handle this? *Also I'm really tired of the favoritism that goes on in my store, the wrong employees are getting in trouble while the favorite ones don't. *Thank you. And again I don't want to get my managers in trouble.

I talk to my manager in charge of front end. She looked into it and said had to been a mistake that she'd fix it I had nothing to worry about. and that she is working on all the problems going on, it's just going to take some time.
