I sent you a few days the email after I received the sun umbrella . I explained what happened. so far i did not hear anything back nor did I have any acknowledgement from Walmart

It is frustrating because there was just n response or acknowledgement. SO far I dont know if they received my email.
I want to have a replacement of the lower part of the tube. Ican not insert the umbrella into the part whichhas to go into the base
