I bought a pair of JLAB Neon bluetooth headphones on June **th, **** online and picked them up at the Broussard, LA location. I also purchased the * year warranty with them as well. I threw the box away and I can't find the receipt that was attached to the warranty plan. The headphones are defective. I don't have the original packaging I don't usually do that anyways because I know that Walmart sells high quality products but hence this isn't the case now. I would like to exchange these I don't have a QR code to scan because I don't have the original packaging. The order number is *************. The total of the order was $**.**. My question is how can this be resolved? You're prompt reply would be appreciated! Thanks!
