Help with my WalMart.com issue
Very few checkers open, but lots of self-serve. I would rather go to another store. I am not a checker, nor do you pay me as an employee to check and bag myself. You do, however, get the privilege of laying off a lot of employees. I guess you are willing to lose a lot of customers over this. I don't see a lot of self-check being done by people with FULL carts, only one or two items perhaps. I will fill my cart at Jewel and welcome being taken care of. I'm a senior and can match prices and buy on-sale at other stores.
I trust that WalMart.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
