ordered a ride on for our grandson, whose birthday was yesterday. the order number is *******-******. I ordered it on June **. On June **, I received an email from Walmart.com, saying my order was lost in transit, and if I wanted to replace it with a comparable item. On June **, I received an email from the vendor asking me to explain my case. I answered both emails, and received no response. On Thursday, I called Walmart.com to track the order. He said it would be arriving Sa****ay. When I called my son today, he said they did not receive the order. I just got off the phone with Walmart.com. He escalated the call to a person named Ira. All she did was take the order off of my charge card. My grandson, got nothing from us on his birthday. Walmart.com was very disappointing. It was a very bad experience for us.
I trust that WalMart.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
