Walmart till has not delivered my shipment. They finally said they would ship a replacement, as UPS apparently "lost" the package. Walmart has made several promises to resolve, but then has given me excuses everyday. This issue has NOT been FIXED!

Walmart has made promises that I would receive it "tomorrow" over and over, and yet I have NOT received it yet. I feel like they are stringing me along. IF I had known it would take this long, I would have bought the item somewhere else. IF I had known that it would take this long to resolve, I would have asked for a refund and purchased from another supplier.
Walmart should replace the item that UPS "lost" in their warehouse. Last UPS scan was of the item in their Ohio warehouse. I asked Walmart to contact UPS to resolve this, but they told me they could not and suggested that I contact UPS - which I have done over and over.
I have shopped at Walmart for years and have spent a LOT of money, but I am so dissatisfied with Walmart's "customer service".
I have written numerous emails and made numerous calls to Walmart and UPS.
