Re: *******-****** Ordered on ****. Rec'd email it was ready same day. Went to pick up ****. After waiting ** mins. I went to customer service, waited in line, to see if someone was working in the pickup section. When someone finally showed up, I was told that the items weren't available. My account was already charged. I had to go in and physically cancel order to get my money back. Obviously your online*pickup ordering does not work properly. Why was I not notified items not available? Why wouldn't store cancel my order if items were not available? I reached out to Walmart on ****. The person I chatted with said they couldn't do anything but don't worry because I went in and canceled the order I would get my money back in next * day. WHAT?. They did say someone would reach out to me within ** hours, but it didn't happen. Also I was using a $**.** save** I received through email. No longer good after ** hours. I think you all have a few things to work out. Training in store on how to process orders. When item is not available contact customer by email immediately. Cancel order if item is not available. Maybe not charge customer until you know item is available. The customer should not have to wait over ** mins, and go looking for help, to pickup an order when no other customers are waiting for pickup. I thought the purpose to order online and pickup was for convenience. This was the most inconvenient shopping process I have ever been through.
