Recently received much-anticipated angler kayak purchased through Walmart. What a disappointment! The item was packed in an extremely thin layer of shredded pastic sheating. No Brainer! It was scratched, scraped, gauged and scarred beyond belief! Walmart: “Sorry, will note” Pilot Freight: “Sorry, will note” Lifetime: “Sorry, will note. It’s a kayak. Hard to ship.” Lifetime apparently does not have enough pride in the product to spend a little more to protect a customer’s investment during shipping. (You didn’t even offer to upgrade the cheap paddle. Thanks.) Last Time!
