I use Walmart money card. I had disputed a transaction with them. I told them I do NOT want a new card because I have auto payments coming out of my account. I have made several attempts to contact them by phone and online because none of my auto payments have went through and now they have blocked my direct deposit. They say they don’t freeze accounts when there is a dispute(according to their web page). But this is happening. I do NOT want a new card. I want my account unblocked so that my deposits and payments go through. I have been on hold for over * hours this time. *I have also tried multiple other times. I need this resolved. Not happy to say the least.

GetHuman4780500 did not yet indicate what WalMart MoneyCard should do to make this right.
