Hello, so I received a Walmart Visa Money Card. I tried to register it and it let me up to the point to where it said my code was invalid. I went to restart the process and it said I already had an account. Tried to recover the user ID but came back with this card isn't in our database. So, I tried to register the card at the greendot site. It said that I needed to go to Walmart. **I got the card from my Grandpa who lives in Puerto Rico. I've tried contacting everyone and nothing has worked so far. He sent me pictures of the banking account number and bank routing number. I just want to figure out how much money is on the card and if at all possible to issue me a new card. I just keep getting sent back to square one and gotten a bit frustrating. **If you figure out the amount that's on there but can't issue me a new card, could I get an item. I was going to use the money on there to buy a blue yeti microphone.
