I have been dealing with this issue for over a month now, and it is frustrating to have $89 of my money held without my authorization. My merchant and I have contacted customer service, reopened the case, and explained that there was an error at the store due to a malfunctioning machine. I have a good relationship with the store, and they have promised to refund the $89 once they receive the bank statement. I need this matter resolved quickly as I cannot afford to have my money held like this. Please expedite the $89 back to my card as soon as possible. I have never had to file a claim before, and taking my hard-earned money like this is unacceptable. Your customer service has been unhelpful and rude, and I hope this can be resolved promptly. Please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you.

I purchased a card on Monday, June 10, adding $65 to it. I used it twice at different jails for a total of $47.50, including fees. Unfortunately, the person I was trying to help was moved to a different location, and the remaining balance cannot be refunded or transferred. Yesterday, I experienced issues trying to make a purchase at a store, and when I called customer service, I found out my card had been blocked. I need this matter resolved promptly as I require the funds for important reasons. If not resolved by today, I will have to pursue legal action. I prefer speaking with a live customer service representative instead of email communication. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I recently purchased a prepaid Visa card from Walmart, and my friend mistakenly used his social security number to register it instead of mine. The card is connected to my PayPal account, and although my grandmother sent me $50, I have not received it. Walmart informed me that they could not add more funds to the card for unspecified reasons. I noticed PayPal requested photos of my ID and social security card for verification, which I provided. I am concerned my account might be locked for security reasons. How can I resolve this issue and receive the $50 my grandmother sent me? Additionally, how can I add more funds to my card in the future?

I lost my card and reported it as lost. I requested a new card to be expedited and was initially told there would be a $15 charge, which I agreed to pay. Later, I was informed this fee would be waived. I received a delivery date via FedEx, but the card did not arrive. After calling multiple times and being promised an expedited card, I found out they were actually sent via standard mail. I am frustrated with the delay in accessing my money for over a week and a half, as well as being misled by several representatives. I am expecting a call from a supervisor after speaking with four different people. All I want is access to my account or a temporary card to transfer my funds. This experience has been very frustrating, and I am considering moving on from using the Wal-Mart money card due to the poor customer service I have encountered during this issue.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to address the $5.00 that was taken from my account without my knowledge. I only realized this when my card was declined during a purchase this morning. Upon checking, the $5.00 was missing, and I had not been informed. I kindly request a refund of this amount, as it would greatly assist me. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Additionally, I have not received any text messages regarding my account balance or payments, which contributed to my unawareness of the issue. Please consider returning the $5.00. Sincerely, Robert S.

I have a Walmart prepaid money card, and on May 25, [redacted], my card went missing. I reported it missing and asked for a replacement, but even though the first replacement was sent back, and a second one was expedited, I still haven't received either card by June 17th. Customer service hasn't been able to give me a clear explanation or tracking information. Due to the lost card, my account is now locked, leaving me unable to access my funds. I'm feeling frustrated and unsure about what steps to take next.

I recently experienced a theft involving my phone and card. After reporting the card stolen and deactivating my phone number, I discovered that the thief reset my phone. Unfortunately, important information like my Walmart Money Card password and backup email passwords were stored on the device. As a result, I had to switch to a new phone and carrier, creating new email accounts since I couldn't recover the old ones. Now, I'm locked out of my card and hoping customer service can unlock it for me, although they mentioned it can't be done remotely. Despite this, I believe providing additional personal information, such as my social security number, could help in resolving this issue. I urgently need access to my card to cover essential expenses like rent and food. Your assistance in unlocking my card would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Terrance Oliver. I am trying to contact a live agent regarding a refund check sent to me for a closed account. The automated service is not helping me, so I need to speak with a live agent. I reported the issue on the second of this month when I purchased the card. I was assured I would receive a check for the full amount loaded on the card by the eighth, yesterday. I am now wondering how long it typically takes for the check to arrive.

During the activation process, a representative assisted me in setting up a card for my husband. I provided my name, but the card was set up in my name with all my husband's information and even his SS#. After a recorded message indicated the card was activated, I found out I could only make in-person purchases and not online transactions or get cash back, which is essential for paying bills. I need help resolving this issue as soon as possible. Can someone from the company please contact me promptly to rectify this situation?

I recently received a direct deposit to my Walmart Money Card, but upon the deposit hitting my account, a hold was placed on it. Despite providing all the necessary documentation to Green Dot to verify the legitimacy of the deposit, I continue to be unable to access my funds even after a week has passed. This situation has resulted in me losing my apartment and has caused significant stress for my family. Green Dot continues to request additional verification, even though the electronic funds transfer should be straightforward. They have not taken the initiative to contact the Social Security Administration directly to confirm the deposit. I have attempted to seek help from Channel 3 On Your Side and even spoke with a representative named Gary Harper, but we were treated rudely and unhelpfully. I am now considering legal action as I am left with no other options.

Hello, my name is Tanisha Hall, and I've been a customer for over 14 years. I had an issue with my card being used online without my permission for food back in April. I've been trying to resolve this with the dispute department, but they keep denying my claim. I made a police report and have been in contact with Melody, who says they didn't receive it. They now want me to email the report but haven't provided an email address. I feel frustrated with the lack of assistance and professionalism. I need help as soon as possible. My phone number is [redacted], and my email is [redacted]

On July 5, my card, registered under the name Miguel Kadlec, was unexpectedly blocked (Card: 4[redacted] 8[redacted]). Following instructions, I have provided my CAID and utility bill to [redacted] for verification, yet to no avail despite multiple attempts. Numerous calls have been made resulting in being either disconnected or given empty reassurances without any resolution. This situation has caused me undue financial strain as a check valued over $[redacted].00 remains inaccessible, impacting my rent payment. Regrettably, my complaint to the BBB has been filed, and legal action may follow if my issue is not rectified promptly within the next 24 hours. Address: [redacted] Pacific Ave LB, CA [redacted] Telephone: [redacted] My last interaction was on August 3 or 5, and despite my efforts, there has been no response or acknowledgment of my predicament via email. I urge prompt resolution and request the funds to be expedited through FedEx overnight. Your urgency in addressing this matter is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Mr. Kadlec

I am seeking assistance regarding an issue with two cards that were issued with different names and numbers. One card had the name Keesha Francis in blue, and the other card had Keesha Francis-Holley in gold. After they were reissued, both cards now have the same name and number. I only realized this discrepancy when I tried to use them for separate payments. I need the blue card to be reissued with a new number and the name to be changed back to Keesha Francis. Any help with resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My last paycheck's direct deposit was normally credited on my card at 7 am on a Thursday. Today, it should have been deposited at the same time, as nothing changed, but it's not in my account. I'm stuck at work in a different town with only $0.86 on the card and no other funds available. I really need access to my money right away. I've been on hold on the help line for the second time today. I had to hang up the first time due to another call. This situation is causing me stress, and I find it unacceptable. Once I can transfer my money from this card, I will no longer use this service. It's frustrating that they control my funds and charge steep fees for delayed access to my money.

My wife sent me $[redacted].00 through the Walmart MoneyCard app using her registered card. She sent it to my cell phone number. I received the notification on my cell phone and followed the steps to transfer the money to my registered card. I provided all the necessary information and received a mobile code to verify my identity. After entering the code, the app confirmed the transfer was successful. However, when I checked my card balance, only $1.44 was displayed, which was the amount already on the card. I contacted customer support but faced difficulties in getting the issue resolved. Despite numerous attempts, I was informed that the money was deposited on someone else's card. This unexpected situation has left me frustrated and stranded in another state without the funds I needed to get home. It has been two days of unsuccessful attempts to resolve the problem. I seek assistance in retrieving the money sent by my wife promptly.

I have been a Walmart Money Card user for many years. However, after moving to my sister's house, I realized that my card was missing. I attempted to have it replaced, but I couldn't recall the last address I had provided. Despite offering my first address linked to the account ([redacted] N 50th Ave, Pensacola, FL, [redacted]), along with my date of birth (02/06/46), social security number ([redacted]-84-[redacted]), the account balance ($[redacted].82), and transaction history, I was unsuccessful. I was recently informed that the card was returned and hope that it will be sent to my current address. Being on a fixed income, I urgently need access to my funds to pay rent. I can be reached at [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance.

I seem to be in a bit of a pickle with my Green Dot Walmart Money Card. Unfortunately, I lost the physical card without setting up an online profile on walmartmoneycard.com. Now, I can't create an account online due to not knowing my full pin number and not recalling my old cell phone number. I realize this places me in a tough spot, unable to update my address for the card to be reissued. Despite my efforts to resolve this, I've hit a dead end. I've changed phones multiple times and cannot recall the old number. Is there any possible solution to this predicament? Thank you for your understanding.

Today, my dad purchased a Visa debit Walmart MoneyCard to send me money. While setting up the account, he accidentally used his old phone number instead of his new one. He changed his phone number a few days ago. Consequently, he is unable to access the account he recently loaded money onto because the verification code is being sent to his previous number. I have been assisting him for the past few hours, but we are unable to resolve this issue. He urgently needs the code to send me money for my daughter's needs. I possess all the necessary account information to verify our identities, except the old phone number. Kindly assist us in resolving this matter.

I experienced a situation where my card was stolen in March. I have been incarcerated since February 21, [redacted], and I am facing difficulties in proceeding with making a police report because I do not have the card number, remember the associated phone number, or have my account information for an online account. In order to move forward with the police report, I require a copy of the transaction history for that card, which was utilized in March and possibly April, containing my income tax funds of $3,[redacted]. I possess my routing number and account number. I have been attempting to address this matter since March, previously reaching out while in jail, and this is my second attempt to resolve this matter. However, I have not received any response from you, leading to growing frustration on my end.

I recently made a payment through Bill Matrix online and they charged me twice. They did cancel one payment, but now I'm being told I have to wait 10 days for a refund. I don't think it's fair that they got the money instantly, but I have to wait so long for a refund. I have other bills to pay and kids to feed, so this delay is causing me hardship. I expect the refund back on my card by 9 am on 09/19/[redacted]. If this isn't resolved promptly, I will seek legal advice. I have contacted the bank multiple times, but they've been unhelpful, refusing to let me speak to a manager. As an American, I believe I have the right to speak to a manager. My name is Kathy Williams, and the transaction amount was $[redacted].76. I hope someone can assist me in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you.
