As a long-time customer of Money Card, I recently experienced a distressing situation on February 21st when I lost my card. The process of reporting it was frustrating due to the long wait times to reach customer service. I was disappointed to find out that there is no option for expedited shipping of replacement cards, resulting in a delay in accessing my funds. The policy of not providing immediate access to funds until a new card arrives via mail is unacceptable. This has caused me significant inconvenience as I am unable to pay my bills promptly. I am considering closing my account and discontinuing the use of your services due to this unsatisfactory experience. It is essential for Money Card to devise a more efficient solution for customers facing card loss or theft to avoid such disruptions in the future.

I have been trying to reach a Walmart MoneyCard live representative for hours with no success. I lost my card, reported it lost or stolen, and purchased a new one to use for payments to the UK. However, when I added the new card to my account, I encountered an issue and am unable to make any payments. I would like this problem resolved so I can use my card for payments just like before I reported it lost. Please assist me with fixing this matter promptly.

I attempted to access an inmate phone service online with "SECURUS." However, when I clicked on the company's website, I was redirected to a scam company named "SecurTel" that requested my card information. I unknowingly filled out the information, thinking it was for the legitimate company. The scam company is attempting to charge me $49.98, which I did not authorize and do not want deducted from my card monthly. Please block this fraudulent company, "SecurTel," from accessing or withdrawing any funds from my account. I only authorize transactions with the legitimate company "SECURUS," which is regulated. I have two accounts with Walmart MoneyCard. The first account is in good standing with no issues. The second account, created for bill payments, has a small problem that needs fixing. There is a minor discrepancy in my address that has caused a delay in receiving my personalized card. My correct address is [redacted] Oak St. Boiling Springs, SC [redacted], but the account lists it as [redacted] Oak St. Boiling Springs, SC [redacted]. Despite submitting verifying documents like a valid state ID and a recent bill in my name, the issue persists. I was able to use the temporary card without problems until no money was deposited. I even requested a transfer to the first account with the correct address and still no solution. I would appreciate being able to move the funds to the account with the accurate address. If this is not resolved promptly, I will discontinue using Walmart MoneyCard as I have already spent 3 days and over 6 hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue. It is frustrating.

I have been a satisfied customer of the Walmart MoneyCard since [redacted]. However, today I encountered an issue. After receiving multiple email reminders to upload my federal tax return to my Walmart MoneyCard, I complied this year. Unfortunately, upon the deposit of my federal tax return, my account was frozen. Despite following all instructions and uploading my ID, my identity verification failed. I urgently need access to my funds for my car repairs and medical bills. Please, kindly unlock my account promptly so I can continue to enjoy using the Walmart MoneyCard. I prefer using your reloadable card over traditional banks. Please reinstate my account within the next 48 hours; otherwise, I may need to seek legal assistance.

I recently purchased a prepaid Visa card from Walmart. I have been facing challenges in getting assistance from their customer support. While I successfully received replacements for other refund cards, the one purchased through Walmart remains unresolved. I find it frustrating that they require the entire card number, even though I no longer possess the physical card, which was destroyed. The refund company provided only the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card number. Unlike Walmart, HyVee promptly reissued the cards without any hassle. The inability to reach competent live representatives who can effectively address my issue has been disappointing. Meta Bank swiftly resolved a similar problem for me by issuing five new cards within 10 minutes, a level of service I did not experience with Green Dot. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will be compelled to discontinue using Walmart services in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently moved and didn't receive my new card because I had already left that address. Consequently, I cannot use my old card as the PIN is tied to the new card somehow. In response, I had to suspend my account. The support team informed me that I must provide a bill with my name at the new address to verify my identity. I suggested sending an email with a photo of the receipt and my ID card, but they declined this as insufficient for reasons unknown.

I need to speak with a live representative urgently as my card was hacked, resulting in a $[redacted] charge for gas. I have been repeatedly hung up on and would like to file a complaint. Social media mentions that Walmart is aware of this hacking issue. If you investigate, you will see my card was used in a different city and state than where I reside. I am in Atlanta, Georgia. I am reaching out to BBB and CCF. I deposited $[redacted] and didn't spend the remaining $[redacted]. When trying to fill out a complaint form online, I am encountering issues. Please mail me a form. Thank you. I would like my money refunded promptly. I trust Walmart and shouldn't have to request a return of stolen funds. A Walmart agent rudely disconnected our call. I have a medical condition and cannot deal with this fraudulent situation. I've never encountered issues with my Walmart card until now. Customers should be treated better for loyalty.

I bought a Walmart prepaid Mastercard at the store. I tried to register it online, but it won't let me. I really need to speak to someone about this issue. I managed to pay bills online with a credit card, but I can't use the card in-store. I'm frustrated and finding this situation very difficult. I've been unsuccessful in reaching a human representative to assist me. When I try to register online with the user ID, it's not working, and the phone number provided doesn't recognize my credit card number. However, it accepts the number for online payments. I was unfortunately scammed out of $[redacted] by individuals who pretend to be from the social security administration and advise you to buy "GObank" cards from Walmart. I later found out that these cards have no contact number for balance inquiries until purchased. My son lost his savings after the scammers asked for the card numbers to transfer the funds to an account that didn't exist. When we tried to call the provided number on the card, it was not in service. These cards should be removed from Walmart. I believe Walmart shares responsibility for selling these cards. We have kept the receipts as proof of purchase.

I have only been able to use the credit part of my Mastercard for eight months, as it's a combined credit and debit card. Someone took money from my account causing the card to be shut down. I've been issued four cards now without a pin. Despite following instructions to correct the issue, my old email and phone number are no longer valid. I managed to unlock the security code but I still need to set a pin. The support team keeps apologizing but I just need guidance on setting a pin. Thank you.

I am struggling with an issue regarding a Walmart Green Dot Money Card. I added all the money I had to this card to send to a family member online, but now I am unable to access my funds. I lost my card about a month ago and contacted a representative almost three weeks ago. She said she would send me a replacement debit card, which was supposed to arrive on the 12th of this month. However, I have not received it despite checking my mailbox daily. I missed a doctor's appointment and have bills to pay. Another representative claimed to have sent a new card that should arrive within three days. If I don't receive my card by Friday, I plan to take legal action. It is frustrating to have over $[redacted] in my account that could be misused. I hope to have this issue resolved promptly.

I discovered multiple fraudulent charges on my account in February. After contacting customer service, I was advised to wait for the pending charges to post. Out of 10 charges, 8 posted. I submitted all necessary information for an investigation, but have not received any updates. During the inquiry, a refund was briefly issued to my card but then withdrawn. I encountered language barriers with overseas representatives, making communication difficult and unproductive. Recently, a charge that previously did not post suddenly reappeared and was allowed to clear, prompting a new dispute. The confusion persists as representatives seem unfamiliar with the situation, repeatedly suggesting cancelling my recently replaced card. I am now uncertain about the status of my original dispute. Lack of clarity and resolution has resulted in approximately $1,[redacted] missing from my account. Any assistance or insight would be greatly appreciated.

My Walmart MoneyCard has been damaged. It was in my back jean pocket and I accidentally sat on it. After having it for a while, it split one third down, making it almost unusable in machines. I originally opted for a card with my picture on it, which I now regret not doing. My current black card is hard to see with my worsening eyesight. I would like a brighter card, preferably pink, and I would like to have my picture on it if possible. I misplaced my card due to poor visibility and would appreciate a replacement. I am reaching out regarding a disputed charge of $[redacted].80 dated March 7th from American Jewelry in Goodletsville, TN. I did not authorize this transaction and have followed the process advised by Walmart/GreenDot for investigation. Despite filing a police report and attempting contact with the merchant multiple times, I have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue. As a single parent of four children, the loss of $[redacted] is extremely distressing. I have completed the necessary steps for investigation and submitted the required documents. However, I am still awaiting a resolution and urgently need my funds returned. Your prompt assistance in this matter would be highly appreciated.

I am currently experiencing my second issue with Walmart Money Card. My card got blocked after receiving a direct deposit from an institution, not a tax refund. I contacted them to ask why it was blocked, and they advised me to wait 4 hours. Despite waiting 6 hours, my card remains blocked. When I called Walmart Money Card, the first time I was on hold for 40 minutes, only to be disconnected. After calling again, I waited for an hour and 30 minutes just for them to instruct me to wait another 4 hours for the funds to be released. I requested to speak with a manager, but was informed they were all busy with other customers. Each time I call, I endure over an hour on hold to receive the same response. I urgently need to resolve this issue as I have upcoming bills to pay, and this situation is causing a significant inconvenience for me.

I recently encountered an issue with adding funds to my accounts. Last week, I ordered a Walmart prepaid card online, but after not receiving any notification about it, I assumed an error and ordered another one. When I tried to load the card at Walmart without the physical card, I had to purchase one in-store and was able to load it immediately. Unexpectedly, I received two cards in the mail. I am having difficulty closing my old bank account because the balance never reaches $0.00 no matter how many times I try to empty it. I want to keep using this bank as I like their app, but I also need a new card and account number for safety reasons due to the increase in my credit score. Despite customer service's explanation that they cannot change my account number and card, I have managed to open a new account successfully. However, I can't close the old account until the balance is zero. I have tried six times to empty the balance but it never reaches zero. I have followed the correct steps like withdrawing the full balance at Walmart and cutting up the card. Each time, I confirm the balance is emptied, but it never hits zero. I am concerned about potential fees impacting my credit score and ability to secure a mortgage for my family. If this issue persists, I may need legal assistance. The lack of support and understanding from customer service has made me lose trust in the bank. I would like a resolution similar to how other banks handle closing accounts.
