I have literally been trying to send documentation to retrieve my money from my card for months. I get discourage just put it down and then try again later. I have used my passport and I have also used my driver's license. I have tried to submit documentation using either or literally at least ** times and it keeps telling me that is not legible. I have an up-to-date phone, A Galaxy S* and when I take the pictures and submit them it is clearly very clear and legible. **When I try to call customer service on this issue there is no option to talk to a human. Further, when I put in my **-digit card number it tells me I have documentation that is not legible and that my funds are still being held so really I'm going around in a circle. This is all because I got my wallet stolen and had to replace my card and they have been holding my funds every since. I have used Walmart money cards for a long time and I'm sure that was not the first time I lost it and never had to do this documentation which is becoming such a nuisance. I need my funds released immediately.
GetHuman-ofemishi did not yet indicate what WalMart MoneyCard should do to make this right.
