I lost my card on the **th of this month you charge me $* on the **th to send me a new card which you promised me I would have no later than the **st then I quit getting text alerts and I found out there was a block on the new card after several emails and several frustrating encounters with your so-called customer service I finally got to block off the card then I just then the day before Thanksgiving I start getting their recovery recording that you've ordered me a new card it is now the **th I still do not have my card or access to my money my direct deposits are going on there my rent is due I need my money why is it a problem why does customer service have to lie to me every time I come in I want my card and I want my money
