The issue in GetHuman-lylejone's own words
I had a card and false charges were made on it. They said they would send me another card which I never received. I emailed them and told them so they could send me another card. Now when I contact them it says I have * cards, which I don’t. The automated answer asks for the last * digits of a card I never received. It gives no option to talk to a person. It hangs up when I don’t produce a number. The only way to contact them is through email and it takes days if you even get a response. They are still charging me the maintenance fee and the new card fee, and I can’t get my money back because I don’t have a card. It’s been over a month. I received an email that said my card would arrive soon, but it hasn’t.
GetHuman-lylejone did not yet indicate what WalMart MoneyCard should do to make this right.
