To recover your account, use your email address to reset your password but be sure you have the spelling correct. The best thing you can do is try to reset the password by clicking "Forgot Password" under the login then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.
The issue in GetHuman-rockivan's own words
I bought a card this morning and I put $*** then I called to register the card and the guy said I need to verify your info so I gave him all the info requested, then he said wait while I confirm it and he just sent me to a voice machine saying your account couldn’t been verified, that’s it, now I can’t use the money, I tried going back to Walmart customer service to withdraw it and nothing, I’ve been trying to call to talk to a REAL PERSON and nothing just voice machine...I’m calling the police, a lawyer or someone to help me out.
