This situation has forced me to borrow money for basic needs like food and transportation to work. Upon finally receiving the card, I discovered that I cannot use it until the block is lifted. Despite speaking to two different supervisors, including one named Julio who provided false information, I have not made any progress. The customer service from Walmart's Money Card has been extremely disappointing. I still cannot access my previous paycheck, and it is causing considerable hardship. I urgently need the block removed from my account so I can activate the new card and access my hard-earned money. The overall experience has been frustrating, and I hope to resolve this issue promptly.

I recently discovered that my Walmart Money Card has been stolen. Unfortunately, I am unable to report it as I do not have the card number. However, I have another active Walmart card ending in [redacted]. I kindly request to transfer the remaining balance of $93.42 from the stolen card to this active account. I encountered an issue with my card being blocked for supposed unusual activity right after paying for express shipping for a new card. I was confused as the actual unusual activity seemed to be the withdrawal of $15 and $3 from my account by the company. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that I need to submit my identification, which will delay the process further even after receiving the new card. I was disappointed to hear that they claimed they couldn't unblock the card immediately. This situation has caused a lot of frustration, and I have now sought legal advice on the matter. I have been waiting for almost a year to receive my tax return. Due to the year-end close, my tax preparer had to deposit my return on a Walmart Money Card. I recently bought a Walmart Visa debit gift card and loaded $[redacted] onto it. However, I faced issues using it and contacted customer service. I provided all my personal information for the money card, but you said you couldn't verify me. I don't understand because I gave my social security number, address, phone number, email address, first name, and last name exactly as they appear on my card. I'm currently staying at a three-quarter house in Houston. I need to speak to a live representative to figure out what went wrong. If there is an issue with my social security number, I need to address it with the Social Security office. I simply wanted my card activated so I could reload it without carrying cash. I am confused by what happened and need assistance resolving this issue.

On Sunday, November 4th, [redacted], at 19:03 in Toms River, NJ, I bought a Walmart prepaid Visa card with $55 plus a $1 activation charge, totaling $56 at store number [redacted] in the electronics department. I used $35.61 at a register while shopping. The following day, I found that the last 4 digits of my social security number did not match the card, preventing me from checking the balance. I have raised a dispute on my account. Some credits were given, but I am unable to download the dispute form from my online account due to issues registering my card. Despite trying for two days, the site does not accept my card number for registration. I have tried contacting customer service for two days without success. I urgently request the dispute form to be sent via email or U.S. Mail as I have discovered two additional unauthorized charges since filing the initial dispute. I contacted to request a replacement card as the magnetic strip was worn, causing issues with daily purchases. I paid $15 to expedite the new card, fully aware of the replacement fee. They informed me I could call back within 24 hours for a confirmation number and said my current card would be deactivated. I tried calling for the confirmation number, but I couldn't reach a live person as the old card number was no longer valid. Now, I'm unsure how to obtain my tracking number for the replacement card without being able to speak to anyone due to the outdated card number.
