Called last Saturday to disputed an unauthorized charge on my account, representative states because it’s pending they are unable to dispute and to call back once it’s posted, she went ahead close the card and had a replacement issued. Since last Sunday ***** I’ve been trying to contact Walmart money and can never get through the automated system to speak with a human being. The fraudulent charge is still on my account. My account is locked and has to go through verification which takes * business days. Unacceptable. And my direct hasn’t posted to the account which is strange because my employer have released the funds. This has put me in a major inconvenience and financial bind. I would like to speak with someone regards ASAP.
