I was traveling to a nearby location last week. I STOPPED TO BUY LUNCH AND DISCOVERED I HAD NO CARD WITH ME. I CALLED TO ASK THAT THE CARD BE FROZEN UNTIL I GOT BACK HOME TO RETRIVE IT, INSTESD THEY BLOCKED MY CARD AND SENT ME ANOTHER ONE TO REPLACE THAT ONE, NOW I CANT ACTIVATE THE NEW ONE. I HAVE BOTH CARDS IN MY POSESSION. GREEN DOT HAS ALL OF MY MONEY LOCKED UP. I HAVE BILLS TO PAY AND GREEN DOT BANK HAS ALL OF MY MONEY AND I CAN,T FIND A PERSON TO TALK TO.I DONT WANT AN EMAIL I WANT A PERSON TO TALK TO.
GetHuman1319361 did not yet indicate what WalMart MoneyCard should do to make this right.
