You cancelled my card without my permission. I called on Friday, August **, **** to ask about a transaction on my account that I did not recognize. They gave me the phone number of the merchant and said that they would look into it as well. They asked if I wanted to cancel my card and receive a new one. I told them no. I called the merchant and they refunded me the money. I called customer service back and told them to stop the investigation, that I had spoken to the merchant and was going to be reimbursed. They said that they would cancel the investigation.**I went to purchase something today and it was declined. I called customer service to find out that my card was cancelled my card and a new one was reissued and I will receive it within * - ** days. I explained that all my money is on that card and that I have no way to access it. They apologized and said that there was nothing that they could do. I asked tp speak with a supervisor or manager and have been on hold for ** minutes.**Someone needs to get this fixed and get me access to my money.
