Fix my name that they misspelled ... I am very mad your representative made a mistake when entering my name when activating my card it had declined EVERYTIME I’ve tried to use it I got my card in mail and it said my last name was richmont and my name is richmond I sent verification of identification now the automated system is telling me the card is blocked and I will never be able to get any card from green dot ever again. I’m very upset and need to speak to a live person ASAP! I even have money on the card this is unacceptable!!!!
They won’t let me talk to someone and had the audacity to tell me I will never be able to use their bank ever again!
