When I bought the pre paid card I called to activate it. They connected me to a lady who barely spoke English I told her all my personal information. My card declined every time I finally received my card in mail and she spelled my last name wrong I’ve been trying to talk to a live person and EVERYTIME I call they say my card is blocked and I will never be able to get cards through green dot ever again I am beyond livid. This is a mistake made by customer service and I’m getting punished I even sent a copy of my I’d i also had money on this card. This is totally in acceptable and I need answers fast
