No way to reach a live rep to help me recover my information or my stolen money from the charges and balance!! How is this going to be rectified and resolved to make me happy again with their serviceve again. This is this first time I've been unhappy with the service they provide in a ** year time period . please help

Getting gas ... Reported stolen while I was using it . Still had $*** left now I can't access it. Also had charges on the card before that happened that were made by me and I'm the only user need to be reimbursed for those as well.
I need a human since automated won't recognise last * of the card reported stolen but I can't get a live person before I have the chance to try I get told to call back w correct info
To be credited the false charge amounts and to have a new card sent to me with a balance of what was left before the stolen report or accident on this situation happened ! Its about $*** I'm out of pocket for right now
