I recently reported my card lost last week which resulted in a lock being placed on my account. I received a new card on July 16th, and upon calling to activate it, I was directed to the support number on the back of the card. Upon following the steps outlined by the automated system to activate the card on the website, I was met with a request to upload photos of my driver's license. Despite facing repeated rejections, I managed to submit an acceptable photo and proceeded to activate the new card, only to be prompted to contact the number on the back of the card once more. The current situation has escalated with the automated system threatening to close my account permanently. I am eager to resolve this issue promptly to successfully activate my new card and reinstate my account functionality.

My Walmart MoneyCard is blocked. Customer service keeps giving me different timelines for resolution. Initially, I was told two business days, then it turned into 5 more business days. The latest deadline given is July 9th, [redacted], followed by another 5 business days. Now, they claim the email with my verification documents is no longer available and are requesting a resend. This has been an ongoing issue since June 28th, [redacted], and I am frustrated and just want this matter resolved to access my funds.

Hello, I recently uploaded my card on walmartmoneycard.com/upload.com, but unfortunately, nothing seems to be happening. I made sure to take clear pictures of my license using various devices such as new iPhones, Androids, and even my family members' phones. Despite seeing a message saying the upload was successful, a minute later, it claimed my card was illegible, even though I took very clear photos. I have attempted this process numerous times with no success. This issue is causing me great distress as I am behind on rent, bills, and car payments, especially since I am currently unemployed. I accidentally provided the wrong email when setting up my card over the phone. Although I accepted it when the representative told me it couldn't be changed, I now face issues with my pin. I believe I entered it incorrectly, leading to my card being blocked. I've been unable to reset my pin without access to my email for verification. I still have funds on the card and can provide my Driver's License and social security number for verification purposes. I urgently need the card unblocked and the pin changed to something more memorable. I am away from home and require access to the card for essential purchases like food and shoes. I've attempted to resolve this with several representatives, but so far, no one has been able to assist me effectively. I was promised a call back from a supervisor that never happened. Please assist me in reactivating my MoneyCard. I am feeling extremely stressed. My previous address was [redacted] NE Everett Street, Portland, Oregon [redacted]. The updated address on file is [redacted] NE 77th Way, Vancouver, Washington [redacted]. The last four digits of my social security number are [redacted], and the last four digits of my card are [redacted]. I urgently need my card unlocked as I lost my old one around a month ago. My direct deposits have been arriving significantly late recently. Previously, they consistently appeared between 5-6am every Thursday morning since July. However, in July, they started coming in later, sometimes not until the afternoon. As of July 18, the direct deposit for this period has still not been received, even though the money has been deducted from my employer's account. Normally, the money comes in the day after it is sent to QuickBooks, and we always receive a confirmation email from QuickBooks. This issue has been ongoing since the first week of July, and I need it resolved promptly.

My girlfriend and I, who work together, set up one card and attempted to have our direct deposits sent to the same account. I was unaware that she needed to be added as a secondary holder for her to receive payments, which led to the account being frozen. I contacted customer service and sent pictures of both our IDs and paystubs to [redacted] I followed up with a call today to confirm they received the email. They acknowledged receiving the documentation and mentioned they are waiting for an IRS notification to unfreeze the account. I was puzzled by this process, and they couldn't provide a timeline for how long it will take. Please advise.

I have a Walmart prepaid Visa card, and there is a charge from HELLO FRESH for $59.94 that I did not authorize. Even though I made a purchase in the past, I have not bought anything since September [redacted]. This unexpected charge was for a product I didn't approve, receive, or want since I canceled my subscription immediately after using a coupon for a free trial for my daughter. Despite not receiving the product, I was billed for something supposedly sent to my daughter's address, with both of us living in the same apartment complex. I was not expecting the box and did not receive it. HELLO FRESH is refusing a refund, which has left me in a difficult financial situation as the money on the card was meant for my cable bill. I recently loaded $[redacted] onto my Walmart MoneyCard and have been unable to make any transactions. I signed up for this card on August 24, [redacted], with my previous address at [redacted] Holly St, Bridgeport, CT, [redacted]. I have attached supporting documents as all contact numbers provided only offer automated assistance. My contact number is [redacted]. In the past, I have used cards like Radius Bank and Account Now without any problems, so this issue is concerning. I'm looking for a prompt solution to resolve the trouble I face every time I enter the last four digits of my Social Security number.

I am upset about the mistake made by your representative in entering my name when activating my card. This resulted in my card being declined every time I tried to use it. Upon receiving my card in the mail, I noticed that my last name was entered as "Richmont" instead of "Richmond." I have since submitted verification of my identification. Unfortunately, the automated system now states that my card is blocked and indicates that I will never be able to receive another card from Green Dot. I am incredibly frustrated and urgently need to speak with a live representative. There is money loaded on the card, and this situation is completely unacceptable.

I've never had any problems with my Walmart MoneyCard until recently. They are asking for clearer proof of my identity, and even after sending a picture of my driver's license, they require a better image. I have requested a new license copy, but it won't arrive in time for me to access my funds. Considering transferring my account to a local bank. I have a history of misplacing my card, which is why I need a new one. In the past, getting a replacement from Walmart was quick and easy, but now I am facing delays. I need to make a decision quickly because I require access to my funds urgently.

My uncle mistakenly bought a Walmart Money card believing it was a gift card for my son. He was surprised by the requirement to set up a banking account with his SSN and DOB, along with monthly fees. This feels like consumer fraud. It is concerning to be bound to a contract without explicit consent. While he was aware of the purchase fee, mandatory banking details were unexpected. Consumers should have the choice to accept contract terms before making any monetary transactions. Additionally, the company's request for personal information like SSN, DOB, and address for customer service seems excessive. I have not activated the card and do not intend to. Almost two months ago, I discovered my old card number had been tampered with. After resolving the issue and canceling the compromised card, a new card was sent to me approximately a month and a half ago. However, despite my repeated attempts to activate it, I have encountered obstacles. Initially, I was asked to submit a copy of my license, which I did over a month ago. After being informed that it was not legible, I followed up by enlarging and emailing both sides of my license and new Walmart card to the company about two weeks ago. Nevertheless, my card remains locked, preventing me from accessing over $[redacted] on it for the past two months. Despite visiting multiple Walmart stores in person, no resolution has been provided. I kindly request urgent assistance with this matter as I have been patient thus far.

Earlier this week, I lost my card, so I promptly canceled it. A replacement card is on the way. Tomorrow, my disability check is set to be deposited, but I haven't received the new card yet. I'm unable to access my account online to get the checking account number for my car payment. I'm concerned about the timing of the card delivery and if the delay will impact the automatic payment scheduled for tomorrow.

I received the following email: "We have identified unusual activity on your card, and as a security measure, your card has been temporarily turned off. To reactivate your card, please follow these steps: 1. Submit clear pictures of your Driver's License, State ID, or Passport at the provided URL. 2. Follow the instructions to capture an image of your ID using your smartphone or desktop. 3. You will receive confirmation on the website once the picture is successfully uploaded. 4. It may take up to 2 business days for us to review your document. 5. We will update you after the review process. After submitting clear pictures of my passport and driver's license, they replied stating the documents were not legible. I am frustrated and need to resubmit clear images at walmartmoneycard.com/documentupload."

I misplaced my WalMart prepaid card and purchased a replacement, but it was returned by the post office. Now, my card is blocked, and I'm struggling to upload a picture of my ID as the system can't locate the card number. When I call customer service, I can't reach a live person, and the automated system disconnects me. I requested another replacement card with the fee waived, and it was supposed to be on its way to my workplace. I attempted to unblock my card as instructed but couldn't input my card number correctly. I am eager to speak with a customer service representative to resolve this issue promptly.

I'm frustrated because I've been trying since Monday evening to find a way to speak to a human regarding my stolen cards, but I've had no success. I need both of my cards canceled, new ones issued, and all charges from Monday, August 13, [redacted], to be canceled and reversed. I had $[redacted] on one card and $8.xx on the other.
