Trying to get my girlfriend and my paychecks deposited onto they same card ... My girlfriend and I that work together setup one card, and tried to get both of our direct deposits deposited into the same account. I didn't know that I had to add her as a secondary holder in order for her to be authorized to get paid on the account, resulting in the account being frozen. I called them and they had me email pictures of both of our licenses and paystubs to *****@***.com and called them again today to ensure they received it. They told me that they have received my email and are now waiting on a notification from the IRS to unfreeze the account but that didn't make sense to me and they said they have no time frame on how long that will take. Please help.
They don't care that I'm broke and have no way to get to work or pay my bills
We both need access to our money, bad. They need to unfreeze my account immediately.
This is my first deposit onto this card, I've not done anything fraudulent.
Haven't done anything yet but thinking about calling Walmarts bank, greendot, and the IRS to get it figured out. Please help.
