Get my card unblocked due to fraudulent changes that had accrued on the **th. After being bounced around for * day. The call I made on the **th the lady told me the charges where pending and there was nothing she could do but note my account. She told me to call the vendors.the **th I spentcalling the * vendors who sent me back the the Wal-Mart help desk who then took my statement and gave me a case number. Then said they would send me a new card. So my account has been blocked ever since. It is now the **nd and a Sunday and no chance of getting it today. I even asked if i could go buy a new card and activate it. Because they told me I would have to send a pic of my i.d and it would take * MORE DAYS . So even if it comes on Monday that it would be Wednesday before I could use my card again. ... My money card was blocked due to fraudulent charges they said the car was mailed out on the **th it is now the **st and my direct deposit goes in and less than * days I've already been waiting half a week for my money that's already there and now I'm not getting the money that is coming to me I live paycheck to paycheck what can I do
My check os directly deposited on that card, which goes in on Tuesday. I asked what will happen to my check ? She told me that it would be rejected. I asked again what she said because i was already having problems understanding her because of her Indian ascent. So i said you are telling me that not have i had to be late on my car insurance and car payment ( which im trying to build my credit that shot now) i was doing to have to wait on my check to be sent from payroll however long that is going to take. I have to take my vacation because I have no money for gas, food,or to see my kids. How are they going to fix that? So i asked desperately was there anything that could be done to expedite the process. Thats when i asked about buying a new card, if for no other purpose them to receive my check. She told me that was nothing she could do. So i asked to speak to her supervisor. She told me was the supervisor*So now what am i supposed to do? I am screwed everyway possible. Had to burn my vacation,stranded at home schrounging around for food. The worse part is its not even my fault. It took the person ** minuets to take it with no problems,but it's has take so much from me and all she could say is that she was sorry but there was nothing she could do. Unless you work some kind of mirical Wal-Mart and Green Dot has lost a loyal customers and made on loud mouth enemy.
I dont know if if they can.I guess they could allow me to buy a card and activate it and i would still send a picture of my i.d so could get my check deposited. I guess take would be to much work for them. Its just easier to ruin my life.
I've been having my check deposited every * weeks for the past few years. No less than $**** a month. Until recently it was more until my enenrollment in my ***k and insurance. I had no intention on leaving. Now i have no intention on staying. This whole ordeal has put me so far behind on everything not mention the personal costs. I just couldn't belive how noshlont they where about how much trouble this was causing me. All because someone else uesed my card. I can tell they really care about there customers. I just expected more from Wal-Mart. I can got scared over anywhere but it won't be here. I even thinking of not use straight talk for my phone service. I'm just totally shocked and put off by how the whole thing was handled
Called again said the card was sent out on the **th sill mot here and its the **th .
