I am having trouble using the security code on the back of my card. I attempted to contact the customer service number on the card, but the automated system directs me to call [redacted]. However, when I call that number, I am prompted to complete a survey and then the call ends without connecting me to a representative. I urgently require access to the funds on the card for bill payments, and unfortunately, Walmart customer service has not been able to assist me.

After receiving my tax refund, I recently moved into a new apartment and had to cover move-in expenses of over $[redacted]. However, after my final purchase, my card got locked, and I was requested to provide identification, with a 48-hour wait period mentioned, which happened on a Friday. I am unable to go to work due to no gas in my car, risking potential job loss. Additionally, my wife's son is out of diapers, and his father is not providing financial support. On top of this, I still owe my landlord a little over $[redacted]. Releasing my funds promptly is crucial to avoid losing my job and to provide for my family. The delay is causing significant stress during tax season when many people rely on their refunds for various expenses like moving into new homes.

I am seeking assistance to remove a pending charge from a canceled order and have the funds released promptly. Despite hearing that Trust Green Dot typically releases pending transactions, Walmart representatives indicated otherwise. Communication with Walmart has resulted in conflicting information via phone and email. Although they stated the charge may automatically be removed between the 27th and 30th, I am in urgent need of the funds and cannot wait until then. Your help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased a Walmart Visa debit card, adding $20 for important calls on my government phone. When contacting SafeLink, the CSR's accent made it hard to understand, and my Walmart Money Card was declined. This prompted me to contact Walmart Money Card customer service, but it was automated and required ID verification. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to register online, I faced the news that my account was canceled with no explanation. I feel frustrated about the situation and wonder about my $20 and phone service.

I encountered a frustrating issue with customer service where my information was entered incorrectly, resulting in being unable to reach anyone on the phone due to authentication errors. Despite entering my selected PIN, which coincides with the last four digits of my social security number, the system repeatedly rejects it, making it impossible to utilize the service beyond in-person transactions. This ordeal has created a significant inconvenience, particularly since my primary intention was to use the service for Uber transportation. Following numerous failed attempts, I had to buy a phone charger as my battery drained from extensive calling and waiting. My current location is Walmart, where I have been trying to resolve this matter for over an hour without success. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could contact me promptly to assist with resolving this issue.

I recently reported fraudulent activity on my account and had to insist on getting it locked immediately, instead of waiting for it to no longer be "pending." Finally, a second customer representative agreed to lock the account, issue a new card, and promised to deliver it by Thursday. However, this morning, I received an email requesting a picture ID, but when I tried to submit it, my card number was not recognized. I am frustrated that I have no access to my account until I submit the ID and am unable to reach anyone on the phone. Additionally, my account has been closed, and I am not able to get another Walmart card, leaving me in a difficult situation as this is the only cash I have. Unfortunately, this is the third time I have faced such issues with Walmart debit cards.

I'm having trouble loading money onto my temporary Walmart MoneyCard. I received money from another Walmart MoneyCard, but when I try to load it onto my temporary card, I keep getting an error message prompting me to enter my personalized MoneyCard information. Initially, one customer service representative said I could use my temporary card to load the money, while another stated I needed to wait for my personalized card to arrive. After multiple calls and no resolution, I'm frustrated by the lack of assistance in resolving this issue over the past 5 days.

I have two different cards for my two kids to send me money. One of the cards got locked on May 1st, despite several ID uploads. I bought another card, added money, but that one also got locked. I need access to my money to pay bills, which is why my kids are helping me. Can you please send me a check with the combined amount on both cards so I can stop using your services? I liked the features until this issue occurred, and I'm struggling to access my funds.

Claim number [redacted]0: While I was celebrating my birthday in Savannah, GA, someone used my Money Card to buy items in Las Vegas, NV. I reported the fraudulent charges totaling $[redacted].99 at Ross Store and $94.15. I received a replacement card that is now blocked. I refuse to send my driver's license for verification as the card was already sent to my address. I feel unfairly treated and questioned despite being a loyal customer who has previously changed card numbers without any issues. Could the problem be that I requested a refund? Lately, I have been loading more funds onto the card, yet my loyalty seems unappreciated. The Fraud Department has not updated me on their investigation, and today is May 16. I kindly request to have the block removed from my card.

Two weeks ago, there were five transactions made on my card while my phone was in my pocket at work. I spoke to a representative who resolved two of the transactions and advised me to call back on May 11th to address the remaining three. They mentioned sending me a new card that was supposed to arrive by the 11th, but I only received it today, after two weeks. Now, I've been informed that my account is blocked, and I need to upload my ID for identity verification, leading to an additional two business days delay. Unfortunately, I can't comply immediately as my rent is due tomorrow, and I risk eviction from my house. I'm currently at work and would greatly appreciate it if a supervisor could call me back today around 5:30 PM Central Standard Time. You can reach me at [redacted]. Thank you.

Dear Walmart, I need to address my frustration with your phone system for the money card. It is truly one of the worst systems I have encountered. Please consider having actual human representatives available on the phone. This kind of automated system really angers people, including myself. With the amount of profit Walmart makes, there is no excuse for treating customers poorly. Unfortunately, I was unable to resolve my issue due to the difficult phone menu and website. Your customer service needs improvement.

I recently had my card blocked and was promised a callback which never came. I was told it would be unblocked in 7-10 days, yet it remains blocked. I have been a loyal customer for 8 years and am disappointed by the lack of respect I am receiving. My direct deposit may be affected, causing me financial stress. I have received conflicting information from your company and even been called a liar. If the issue cannot be resolved, please let me know so I can seek services elsewhere. Additionally, I need the old bank routing number which was used in [redacted], possibly from G E Bank. Please reach out to me at [redacted]. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

On May 7th, I noticed several unauthorized charges on my account made after May 6th. I promptly contacted Walmart to report the fraudulent activity. They cancelled my card, issued a new one, and provided an email address to report all details of the fraudulent charges. Unfortunately, I never received a response after sending the email. When I attempted to activate the new card, I encountered an issue stating my account was blocked and I needed to submit my identification. After providing the necessary information, I received notification that my account has now been closed. Despite my efforts to contact customer service via phone and in-person at a Walmart store, I have been unable to reach a representative to address the situation or inquire about the investigation of the fraudulent charges and reimbursement of the funds. I am unable to access the money on the new card due to activation issues. Your assistance with resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My car was recently burglarized, and my purse, which contained my personal identification and Wal-Mart money card, was stolen. The thief used my card and has emptied most of the funds in my account. I've filed a police report, and there's an ongoing investigation. I reported the stolen card, and a new card has been issued to me, but I'm unable to access the transaction statements online due to my login information being compromised. When I call the support line, it doesn't recognize the last four digits of the stolen card. I believe this is because the card has been cancelled. I need assistance from someone who can help me obtain the statement information for the stolen card to provide to the police.

My son wanted to get a Walmart MoneyCard to manage his allowance, but we were not informed that the card could not be registered in his name. Despite setting it up, we later found out that he could only use it for in-store purchases, not online. The card was meant for him to make online purchases under my supervision, and I also intended to use it online. Although I planned to register it in my name, he insisted otherwise to feel more grown up. Now, he is disappointed as he can't use it as intended for his game purchases. I, as his mother, am requesting to change the card information to mine, so we can use it online. It was his money and his desire for independence that led to this situation, and I hope we can resolve it promptly. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. - G.H.

After finishing a recent cruise, I noticed a hold on my card. Despite the cruise line and I contacting Walmart MoneyCard together for a prompt release of the funds, they haven't been cooperative. Even after reassurances of a call back the same day, I'm still waiting three days later. The customer service representative's excuse about policy is unsatisfactory, especially since other banks typically handle such matters more efficiently. The delay is frustrating as I urgently require access to my funds. It's disappointing that Green Dot's prepaid bank is causing such inconvenience, and this experience has certainly taught me a valuable lesson to avoid banking with them in the future.

I recently bought a card specifically for online transactions, and upon calling to register it, the representative I spoke with had difficulty understanding me. When I tried to provide my name or spell it out, the call was abruptly ended, only to receive an automated message stating the card was locked for online purchases and wouldn't be sent to me. I find this unacceptable as I provided accurate personal information, including my name and social security number. Now I'm left with a card I can't use for online work-related purchases, and the customer service representatives I interacted with were unable to assist me effectively due to language barriers. I am certain my information is correct as I use it for my online banking with Walmart. This situation has cost me a significant opportunity, and $[redacted] is a substantial amount to be unable to utilize as intended. I didn't intend to buy a gift card and would appreciate resolving this issue promptly.

I lost my Walmart card several months ago and have been trying repeatedly to reach someone by phone for assistance. After reporting it lost, the card with a balance of $38 was stopped. The replacement was supposed to be sent to my new address at [redacted] Alameda Boulevard, Apartment j106, Kokomo Indiana [redacted], where I have resided since February. However, I have yet to receive the new card. When asked for more information, they requested the card number, which I naturally don't have without the card itself. This situation is frustrating, and I am seeking immediate assistance. My name is Joan M., and my contact number is [redacted]. After unsuccessful attempts via email, I am hopeful for a prompt call. Thank you.

I purchased a prepaid Mastercard from Walmart at 3:37 am, but when I got home, I realized I didn't have it. I contacted Walmart, who asked me to bring the receipt. When I went to the store in Kennewick, they couldn't assist due to inventory reasons, despite my visit being before 4 pm. I then called the prepaid card customer service, but they requested my social security or card number, which I didn't provide during purchase. Without the card, I'm at a loss for the $[redacted] spent, along with gas and time. I hope someone can help me locate the card number from the receipt to check if it has been used. This situation is distressing as it's my last $[redacted] that I urgently need. Thank you for your time and assistance.
