To recover your account, use your email address to reset your password but be sure you have the spelling correct. The best thing you can do is try to reset the password by clicking "Forgot Password" under the login then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

I lost my card and had called to cancel it and get a new one sent to me.. when I spoke to someone I changed my address because I moved and paid to have the card mailed in * days and still have not received it. When I try to call to speak to someone it is telling me my information is invalid. I need to speak to a real person not an automated machine to get access to my account and make sure all my information is correct and if they ever sent the card to the new address.
GetHuman-kailynd did not yet indicate what WalMart MoneyCard should do to make this right.
