I asked for a replacement card because mine broke when I was at work. I had currently moved and gave the agent my new address and then updated it in my Walmart app. I got my new card but it said it was blocked and I had to upload my ID and that it would take up to * days to review. I uploaded my ID and then the next day I called and it said my account was closed. My paychecks when in the same day. I need to find out what is happening cause I never had a issue before but every time I call the automated message just tells me my account has been suspended and hangs up on me.
GetHuman-dameaneg did not yet indicate what WalMart MoneyCard should do to make this right.
