A while before Christmas I was in touch with Mel (I think Thompson) about a curious order which had appeared on my account. It turned out to be my sister who had ordered beef wellington to take to her son for Christmas. This was resolved BUT I was puzzled how it could have happened and when my sister talked to Mel on the phone it transpired another order of hers had gone astray in Nov **** - it wasn't there when she turned up to collect it so she had to start again. Looking back at my records I see that I was charged £***.** for an order at Waterlooville on that date. I don't live anywhere near Waterlooville. Could you possibly investigate this for me and, if it is indeed an error, credit me £***.**?
