On September **, **** I sent three receipts of medical bills I have paid to prove I have met my deductible so that I could access my HRA. They were processed as bills and denied. They are receipts of bills I paid out of pocket, NOT bills. I then sent a bill from Cedar Creek Hospital that was supposed to be paid from my HRA. Instead, they made a partial payment of $*** which was the amount in my FSA. I have called several times and cannot connect with anyone who understands me due to a language barrier. Please please help. I would appreciate being able to speak with someone who can understand and help me fix this as soon as possible.
