The issue in GetHuman-hmfellne's own words
I paid for COBRA coverage for the months of August, September and October ****, for a total of $****. I called my pharmacy on ********** to have a prescription filled, and learned that my coverage was not active.**When I contacted Highmark, my insurance provider through my former employer, I was told that they had never been notified* received any documentation from COBRA regarding my coverage- that it had never been activated. **I then spoke with three different Wageworks customer service representatives within two days to find that my COBRA coverage was, indeed, not activated. Per my call with Highmark, my COBRA coverage was activated on **********. leaving *.* previous months of not having the coverage* services for which I paid. **I am requesting a reimbursement in the amount of $*,***.** for the months of August and September ****, when the COBRA coverage for which I paid had never been activated.
GetHuman-hmfellne did not yet indicate what WageWorks should do to make this right.
