I own a Wacom 24HD and have been experiencing issues with the Wacom drivers. While motion tracking works, the pen tilt and sensitivity often malfunction. I attempted restarting the Wacom Professional service without success. Disabling and ending all Wacom processes in Task Manager also did not resolve the issue. I suspect Windows 10 may be causing interference with the Wacom drivers, even though I have disabled Windows Ink. Temporarily fixing the problem by restarting the computer is not a convenient long-term solution. I am seeking assistance in identifying the root cause of this problem. Any help is greatly appreciated. -Ben

I recently received my new Intuos CTL [redacted] tablet and connected it to my laptop. I visited wacom.com/start/intuos to download and install the driver successfully. However, upon restarting my laptop, I encountered an error message stating "driver not running." I attempted several troubleshooting steps such as restarting the "Wacom Professional Service" in the Services menu and checking the "Wacom Tablet Properties," which displayed a "device not detected" error. Even after trying different USB ports, the issue persisted. I also stopped and started the service, then restarted my laptop, but the error message "Windows can't access the device, you may not have the right permission to access them..." continued to appear. Despite multiple attempts to restart the service, the device remained unrecognized. I would appreciate any assistance or advice on how to resolve this issue. Thank you in advance.

I own a Wacom Intuos M CTL-6100WL and recently encountered an issue after my pen fell. The nib got pushed too far in, causing the tablet to constantly apply pressure as if drawing even when hovering above it. In the Wacom app, the pen shows no pressure when away from the tablet and slight pressure when hovering without touching down. It can still detect when I press down on the tablet, but I can't draw or click anything with the pen. Swapping nibs and updating drivers didn't resolve the problem, leading me to believe it's not a software issue.

Hi, My girlfriend is interested in purchasing a new Cintiq 24 Pro, but we are confused about the connectivity requirements with the Wacom Link Adapter and achieving 4k@60Hz. We are looking for assistance in determining the correct setup for the Cintiq 24 Pro with a Mid [redacted] 13-inch MacBook Pro and the necessary cables (EU-shop links are appreciated). We've discovered that the Wacom Link Adapter appears to be necessary, but there are concerns regarding the included Wacom miniDP to miniDP cable not being 4K-capable. Additionally, the Wacom site indicates that the Wacom Link Adapter is only compatible with the Cintiq Pro 13/16. Does this mean the Link Adapter is unnecessary? Could you please clarify if we require a Thunderbolt 2/Mini DisplayPort 1.2 or higher to connect the MacBook Pro 13" to the Wacom Link Adapter or a TB2/MiniDP to USB-C for a direct connection to the Cintiq Pro? Also, is an additional standard USB cable needed for data connection (not video)? Lastly, does the Wacom Link utilize a USB-C to USB-C connection to the Cintiq? Thank you, Martin

I recently acquired a Wacom Graphire 4 tablet and connected it to my computer. However, when I hover the pen over the tablet, the mouse cursor moves erratically in correspondence with my movements. I received a CD with the tablet for driver installation, but my laptop lacks a disk drive and I prefer not to purchase an external one. I visited the Wacom website to download drivers and attempted to install the latest version. Unfortunately, the installation process indicated that no tablet was connected, suggesting I try a different USB port which did not resolve the issue. I researched alternative methods online but did not find a solution. Although older drivers compatible with Graphire 3 and 2 exist, I have been unable to locate a suitable driver for Graphire 4, causing a lack of pressure sensitivity and eraser functionality. I am seeking assistance to resolve these issues as I operate on Windows 10. Thank you, B.

I purchased a Wacom Intuos CTL-[redacted] from Amazon. Initially, I installed all the required software and drivers as per the instructions, and the tablet worked well. However, after a few months, when I attempted to connect the tablet to my Mac computer running version 10.14.4, it lost all connections. My computer does not respond when I connect the tablet via USB. I tried uninstalling the old driver version and updating to the latest one, but it didn't resolve the problem. I would appreciate any assistance with this issue.

After updating my Apple operating system to Catalina, I encountered multiple issues with my Intuos 3 tablet (PTZ-[redacted]). The system is not recognizing the tablet, and I receive a message stating that the springboard app could damage my system. I then purchased an Intuos Pro from Best Buy, but the computer does not recognize it upon booting up. I have to unplug and replug the USB cable for it to be recognized. I already downloaded the latest driver from the website, specifically for Catalina. I am unsure if the problem lies with the tablet or the operating system. This unusual issue is disrupting my photography work using Wacom and Adobe Lightroom for editing thousands of pictures weekly. Your guidance on resolving this matter would be highly appreciated. My iMac system details are: iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, [redacted]) 4.2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7 32 GB [redacted] MHz DDR4 Radeon Pro [redacted] 8 GB Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I'm experiencing an issue trying to register my Wacom Intuos S. The driver download and setup were successful. However, when I attempt to register the device on the website and input my Serial Number, I receive an error stating "Country not found" after the page refreshes. I am not using a VPN, and I'm unsure why this message is appearing. I've also been unsuccessful in logging into my account on the website or Wacom Desktop Center; the page either doesn't load or redirects me to the Support page. I simply want to ensure that I can fully utilize the tablet and access the bundled programs. Please assist at your earliest convenience.

I am encountering an issue while trying to install the Wacom driver. Despite my efforts to remove any existing Wacom files on my computer, I am receiving the following notification: "A previous version of the Wacom driver remains on the system. In order to proceed with the installation, the outdated driver must be uninstalled. To do this, locate the 'Wacom Utility' and select 'Remove' under the Tablet Software section. After uninstalling, exit the utility and then restart the driver installation process."

I am experiencing an issue with my new Wacom Intuos Pro tablet. The screen is not lighting up despite being connected to my MacBook Pro. While the pen works on the MacBook screen when using Adobe software, it does not display anything on the tablet's screen, which remains black. I have tried charging the tablet, connecting it to a USB adapter for power, and installing the Wacom software on the MacBook, but the tablet does not show up in the Bluetooth settings. I also attempted to use the tablet with a Windows laptop, but encountered the same problem. I am eager to resolve this matter and would appreciate speaking with a Wacom technical representative. You can reach me at [redacted]. Thank you, Michael O’Farrell

I am once again experiencing issues with the pen calibration on my Mac mini running Monterey 12.0.1. I have the WACOM My DTH2200 with version 6.3.45-1 installed for Touch and Pen. The pen is unable to locate the screen properly or produces erratic lines when attempting to sketch. Unfortunately, the updated Wacom Desktop Center no longer includes the Pen Calibration option, which is very inconvenient. I rely on my pen for my design work for clients globally and need it to function correctly. Urgent assistance is required to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you.
