I just got my new intuos CTL ****, I connected my tablet to the laptop, visited wacom.com*start*intuos to install the driver. All done, installed. I restarted my laptop however, an error message "driver not running" popped up. **I tried the following troubleshooting steps: *Start menu, services, find "wacom professional service" and pressed restart (several times)**Error message when I press on "wacom tablet properties" saying "device is not detected" **I tried to plug it in a different usb open but it's still the same. **I tried the same steps however I pressed stop then start. Then I restarted my laptop. **Still shows an error message "windows can't access the device, you may not have the right permission to access them... "**Tried to go to services once again and press restart. Still "device not recognized" **Please I need some help! **Thank you in advance
