Wow,**Good evening I am writing you about my account *******. I was in contact with our account executive several months ago when she wanted us to sign a renewal. I told her Vanessa we would prefer to go month to month until we*Decided what we wanted to do . So she agreed that would be fine. And * month before we disconnected I was in contact with her telling her they were way over charging us on the internet . But we would consider staying if they would meet Google Fiber’s quote. And they wouldn’t go close to it*So I told her we would be moving and that it shouldn’t be a problem because we never signed an agreement to go forward. So now we are receiving , billing for service we aren’t even using or getting. Could you please fix this issue and problem. We are using Ring Central for our phones and Google Fiber for our internet.
