If you are currently under contract you will need to pay an Early Termination Fee. The best time to cancel is at the end of a billing cycle.

Hi I would like to cancel my services. I’m behind on my bill due to me recently just getting back to work after being off for surgery. I called to make arrangements on my bill and I was hung up on twice by customer Service rep told I can’t talk to a manager and I can’t make any arrangements that I need to pay my bill now or they were coming to turn it off. I told the rep I’m not looking to have my service restored I’m simply calling to make arrangements because of the circumstances I faced and my back pay from short term disability money was not deposited into my account so I wanted to make arrange to avoid collections and she told me no that’s not an option very good rudely.
GetHuman-mrsterks did not yet indicate what WOW! should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-mrsterks fixed the problem
I called them and finally was able to get through to a rep located in the United States and they apologized for the two previous reps. They informed me they have a call center out of the country answering calls and that the behavior was unacceptable and not the standard of WOW. They told me my bill wasn’t even ** days past due and they could assist me with making my arrangements and they were sorry the other reps misinformed me. I’m still canceling my service because I’ve never been talked to and treated so rudely by customer service in my life.
