Just got service installed. Installer didn’t have enough equipment for all boxes and he told me text him day after install which was Monday and he drop off the missing equipment so I can use boxes. It’s been * days he just replied and said he doesn’t know when he be back in my area so who knows when I be able use the boxes I’m paying **.** per month ea to have. Also guide is so small and looks like it’s a comadore ** software package. When I called to get wow I asked how they compared to xfinty and they said that it’s same quality. Omg nothing close. On demand is joke. Guide is joke. Boxes are bigger than a VHS player and I didn’t even get all the equipment to use * of the boxes I’m paying monthly to have. Idk how in **** this is the technology and service your offering at ***.** mth
