If you lost your luggage you should go to guest services in the airport and report it immediately. Once you do that you can submit a claim there. They will then give you a claim number. You will need that for future reference.
The issue in GetHuman-alexelp's own words
My baggage was reported missing on the **th in Rome and that made me miss my flight to USA for a medical purpose .... it was not until the *th or *th of October... that it said on the world tracer website, that the bag had been found and that delivery services took it on October the *th... I wrote the airline and they are interpreting that it was delivered Oct *th... **They never provided a tracking number, and the shipment company that delivered the bag.*I just called Aviation Services in Rome... they are saying... THAT ON OCTOBER *TH.. THE BAG WAS TAKEN BY "DELIVERY SERVICES" TO START THE DELIVERY PROCESS!... it doesn't mean that the bag was delivered to me!... **I have been here in this Hotel since October *th, and nothing has been delivered!... **I have tried all Vueling phone numbers with no success
