The issue in GetHuman-peggicoo's own words
Yesterday, my husband and I flew in from Barcelona. We were then going on to Mallorca (Flight *VY****). We were instructed to use the self check in for baggage and our bag went through without the printed luggage tag. I immediately contacted a Vueling attendant, who was extremely rude, took our printed tag and said "if you don't get your bag in Mallorca, go to lost baggage and file a claim". We did that. The claim number is PMIVY*****. No luck so far. The issue is that my husband has a profound hearing loss and his hearing aid charger was in the bag. Further, he is scheduled to be in a very expensive bike tour, beginning Monday and all of his bike stuff is in that bag. Basically, if the bag isn't found, our vacation is pretty much ruined. The bag is cloth, black and has the following information on the luggage tag: (pink card in greenish luggage tag cover):**PC Consulting, Peggi Cooney, MSW, *** Bailey Creek Drive, Lake Almanor, CA *****. *****@***.com ***-***-******You have total permission to look inside the bag to view the contents.
GetHuman-peggicoo did not yet indicate what Vueling Airlines should do to make this right.
