I made a reservation via lastminute.com for a Vueling flight to Malaga from 21st August to 4th September back in January for 5 passengers. I paid extra to select specific seats for my family's comfort since we don't like flying. I am unable to view our seat details on lastminute.com and noticed that my daughter, Aimee Evans, has been assigned seat 30F when I specifically chose seats together for her with us in rows of two on Vueling's website. I am disappointed by this change as we paid for seat selection to be together. Can you please investigate and rectify this issue to ensure my daughter sits with her family during the flight?

Hello, I need assistance with our reservation under the code MBBTNP. We recently booked a flight for 6 individuals - 3 adults and 3 children. However, there was an error in one of the children's surnames. The issue arose because both the father and the son share the same names and surnames. Despite contacting your service department and being assured of the correction to "HULIAN," upon rechecking the booking, the second passenger, ARMEN HILIAN, is now missing. This brings our total passengers down to 5 when we actually need 6 passengers, including ARMEN HULIAN (father) and ARMEN HILIAN (son) with matching surnames. We kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you for your help! Email: [redacted] Phone: +[redacted]0.

Hello, I would like to address an issue we encountered with our reservation. Yesterday, we booked a flight for 3 adults and 3 children. Unfortunately, upon checking our reservation today, I noticed that one of the children's surnames was entered incorrectly. The problem arose because both the father and the son share the same names and surnames. Despite contacting customer service to rectify the error and being told it was resolved, I discovered that one of the passengers, Armen Hulian, was missing from the booking entirely. This has left us with only 5 passengers instead of 6. We require both passengers to have the same name and surname - Armen Hulian (father) and Armen Hulian (son). We are unsure how to correct this mistake, and we would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your help. Best regards, [Redacted]

We had a flight booked for 18/05/19 at 9:55am, but it was changed to 4:00am. We accepted an alternative at 8:55am without charges. However, we just noticed the new flight is on 17/05/[redacted] at 8:55am. The booking had no date, causing us extra costs for hotel changes. Changing back to our initial date now incurs high fees, as per the phone conversation. This is our honeymoon, and we're upset about losing money on flights and accommodations due to the incorrect date information provided by the airline. Can someone please reach out to discuss this matter further?

Yesterday, I attempted to book 4 flights from Catania to Valencia. Unfortunately, the page closed before I could input my payment details. Upon reopening the page with the prenotation code, an additional [redacted] euros were added. Despite contacting customer service, I was advised to proceed with the payment, even though it was higher than the original price of around [redacted] euros. I paid the initial price as advised, but this morning when I tried to finalize my booking with the prenotation code, I was prompted to pay the extra [redacted] euros. As I no longer have the extra funds, I am unsure of how to proceed. I would appreciate prompt assistance with this issue. Thank you.

Upon arriving at the airport, we went through check-in, only to find out our flight was canceled without any given reason. Despite no weather issues, Vueling instructed us to go back out for assistance. We were rescheduled for a flight seven hours later, which will leave us stranded in the airport for nine hours, causing us to miss our pre-paid transfers and tours in Venice. To make matters worse, my sick daughter was denied access to the VIP lounge to rest. When requesting meal vouchers and VIP lounge access, we were met with refusal. It is disappointing that Vueling cannot adequately compensate guests in such situations. Offering a Burger King meal and hours of waiting in the airport is inadequate. Access to the VIP lounge free of charge should be granted immediately. Losing a day of vacation and money on tours and transfers is frustrating, especially coupled with the lack of lounge access. A $[redacted] refund does not make up for the inconvenience caused by Vueling's unprofessionalism.

I would like to bring to your attention that on April 27, [redacted], one of our employees, Mr. Neculai Ioan, flying from Barcelona (BCN) to Vienna (VIE), had his luggage misplaced. Upon arrival in Vienna, a formal complaint was not lodged at the Lost and Found office, so we do not have the Property Irregularity Report (P.I.R.) number. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, we have yet to receive any updates on the luggage. We are requesting your assistance in locating the missing luggage and provide the flight number and baggage tags from the time of boarding. We are looking forward to your prompt response. Warm regards.

Upon arriving in Mallorca from Barcelona on Vueling flight VY3918, my husband and I had an issue with our checked baggage. Despite using the self check-in, our bag went through without a printed luggage tag. After facing rudeness from a Vueling attendant who took the printed tag, we were left with instructions to file a claim since the bag did not arrive in Mallorca. The claim number is PMIVY53753, but we have yet to locate the missing bag. The bag contains important items for my husband, especially his hearing aid charger and equipment for an upcoming bike tour. Should the bag not be recovered, it will impact our vacation negatively. The bag is black cloth with a luggage tag indicating it belongs to PC Consulting, Peggi Cooney, MSW, at [redacted] Bailey Creek Drive, Lake Almanor, CA [redacted]. Contact information includes email [redacted] and phone number [redacted]. Permission is granted to inspect the bag's contents to assist in its recovery.

Hello! I will be traveling with my son, who requires recombinant growth hormone (GH) for short stature. This medication needs to be kept cool and I have the necessary therapy confirmation from the Clinical Hospital under his name. I am wondering if it's possible to transport the medication in a special thermal bag with cooling cartridges securely closed or if a mini medical fridge is necessary. The cooling cartridges have liquid that cannot be opened and are designed for safe cooling during transport. If not permitted, I will purchase a medical fridge with a battery. Additionally, I am curious if carrying this medical bag/fridge will incur extra charges on top of regular hand luggage allowance. Thank you for your anticipated response.

I am writing concerning flight VY9432 with booking reference HBJS8Z. The flight was meant to depart from Orly Airport, Paris on May 10th, [redacted] at 6:30 AM but experienced a delay, arriving at Malpensa Airport, Milan at 11:00 AM instead of 7:55 AM, causing a delay of 3 hours and 5 minutes without explanation from Vueling staff. This delay led to missing the connecting flights LH249 from Malpensa Airport to Frankfurt Airport at 11:00 AM, subsequently affecting flights LH478 from Frankfurt to Montreal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau at 14:05, and LH6692 from Montreal to Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier at 18:15. Despite informing Vueling staff of the connecting flights in Milan, no assistance was provided. We incurred additional expenses totaling CAD$1,[redacted] for new tickets to Ottawa due to the delay. This also extended our journey by 24 hours, leading to an overnight stay and food expenses of €13 in Milan Malpensa and London Gatwick airports. The new bookings included flights EZY8200, WS25, and WS389. Per EC Regulation [redacted]/[redacted] and legal precedents like Tui & others v CAA, I am seeking compensation of €[redacted] for the delayed flights and CAD$1,[redacted] for the additional costs, along with the €13 food expense. The affected passengers were Sara G. and Banafsheh Z. Looking forward to a response within 7 days. Thank you.

Complaint about Luggage Loss Hamburg, 02.06.[redacted] Dear Sir or Madam, My name is Alia Kaddour. Upon arriving happily at Hamburg Airport from Barcelona (on May 29, [redacted] around 2 p.m. with Air Vueling), I realized that my suitcase did not arrive with me. I immediately reported this at the lost and found counter and inquired with Air Vueling. The staff checked the system and assured me that my suitcase was still in Barcelona and would arrive in Hamburg the next day (on May 30, [redacted] at the same time) and would be delivered to my host family's address in Hamburg. However, I am still waiting for my suitcase (without my personal belongings and gifts I had bought for the host family). I have called Global GSRM multiple times; however, it was either unreachable or the employees could not assist me. When I check online with the reference number, it only says: "bag is being searched," which means it has not been found yet. Every day, I go to the airport to inquire about and collect my suitcase. Unfortunately, after three days, I still have not received an explanation or a definite answer to my question: is my suitcase lost? This is truly frustrating for me and for my host family as we are experiencing stress due to this incident instead of relaxation and joy. I am now stating my demand in writing, as I have not received my suitcase and belongings for three days. I kindly request an explanation and assistance in retrieving my luggage. I am providing you with the following important information: Reference Number: HAMVY10177 Arrival Date: 29.05.[redacted] Hamburg Arrived in Hamburg from Barcelona with Air Vueling at 14:00 Missing 1 suitcase (Black, Esprit brand) Luggage Number: KADDOUR CZBM3P HAM VY1820 29 MAY 19 [redacted] BCN VY7481 28MAY [redacted] Phone: [redacted] [redacted] 10 03 23 81 [redacted] [redacted] 49 18 97 14 If you require any further information from me, I am at your disposal.
