Hello! Some friends and I bought three tickets a couple months ago to go from Florence (FLR) to Barcelona (BCN). Flight VY**** at *:**-**:**. We received an email Thursday late afternoon saying that our flight had been moved to Pisa (PSA). (The email was very confusing and did not provide any helpful information) The issue was that we are located south of Arezzo and could not make it to Pisa in time for the morning flight. We were offered a later time which was our only option since there was no transportation provided. We were now scheduled for flight VY**** from **:**-**:**. Once we got to the airport we wanted to speak to a representative about changing our Sunday flight back home to a later time since we had lost all Friday of being in Barcelona, but there was no one to talk to. We were told that we could talk to someone in Barcelona so we decided to wait. When we were about to board the flight out of Pisa at **:** they made an announcement that the flight had now been moved to Bologna. They wanted us to get on a bus for two hours to fly out. By this time my group was very frustrated because there was no point in traveling to Spain if we were going to be there for less than ** hours. As college students and our first time traveling we were stranded in Pisa, Italy. We have no phones, and there was not a payphone in the airport. We spent a lot of money traveling to Barcelona just to end up not going. **Our flight expense (with baggage) between all three of us was- $***.***The extra expenses for food, travel, and lodging expenses totaled to be ***.** euros. **We are trying to file a claim now but we wanted to contact the company directly because the form was not specific.
